These Terms of Service ("TOS") apply to your use of the services offered by Godfather Collective Network LLC ("GCN," "we," "us," or "our"). The terms applicable to you may vary depending on your role (Athlete, Brand, or general Site visitor), account type, subscription, and interaction with the GCN Platform. The following agreements form our TOS:

• Platform Services Agreement
• Athlete Platform Terms
• Brand Subscription Agreement

To the extent of any conflict between the agreements comprising the TOS, the following order of precedence applies (as applicable):

• Brand Subscription Agreement
• Platform Services Agreement
• Community Guidelines
• Terms of Use

Notwithstanding the order of precedence above, the Dispute Resolution, Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law and Venue provisions of the Terms of Use control over any conflicting provision in any other component of the TOS, except where a signed Ordering Documentation expressly supersedes them and is executed by an authorized officer of GCN. Where two components state different liability caps for the same claim, the cap in the component under which the claim arises applies, and the caps are not cumulative.
